Since 2011, Greater St. Cloud, formerly the Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation, has served Benton, Sherburne, and Stearns Counties by aligning regional priorities, attracting capital investment, and strengthening a region where people and businesses can thrive.
As we enter our 15th year, the 2026–2029 Strategic Plan defines our path ahead with a focus on Unified Leadership, Business Growth, and Amplifying the Region’s Return. These pillars guide Greater St. Cloud as we expand partnerships and build the systems that drive long-term regional success.
